- We sell luxury, casual, sports, and smartwatches from leading brands.

Are your watches authentic?
- Yes, all our watches are 100% authentic and come with manufacturer warranties, unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer warranties?
- Current watches come with 1 year manufacturer warranties.

How can I verify the authenticity of a watch?
- Once you receive your watch, check the serial number on the back casing, if you are still not satisfied, you can return the watch for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship to all EU countries.

How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping to Ireland/Northern Ireland is €7.50 & €15.00 outside of Ireland.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Average shipping times take between 7-10 days.

How can I track my order?
- All orders are provided with a tracking number so you can track your purchase from fulfilment to your door.
Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund.

Can I exchange my watch for a different one?
- Exchanges are possible by way of store credit for returned watches.

Do you offer watch sizing or adjustments?
- The watches we sell come with all original links on the watch. Local jewellers will often then size your watch for free!

What are the water resistance levels of your watches?
- This is dependent on the watch and will be included in the detail when you click onto any watch on our website.

- The price you see on the website is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs after purchase.

How can I contact customer service?
- Please contact seandolan@thetimepiecehub.com for any issues. Please allow for 24 hours for a response, however, responses will often be much quicker.

What should I do if my watch arrives damaged?
- If your watch arrives and is damaged, take pictures of the watch immediately and return to The Timepiece Hub, we will assess the situation and offer a full refund if it is clear the damage was a result of the shipping carrier.
